About Me

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, repetitive, or simply chaotic. When that happens, having a space where you feel accepted, welcomed, and truly heard can make a meaningful difference. My goal is to provide that space while supporting you as you process your experiences, better understand yourself, and work toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy is person-centered and trauma-informed. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and our work together is a collaborative process. Rather than telling you who you should be or what you should do, I meet you where you are and help you explore what may be keeping you from where you want to be.

Who I Work With

I enjoy working with adults who may feel lost, confused, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps. You may have goals and aspirations but struggle with motivation, emotional regulation, self-confidence, or identifying the steps needed to move forward.

I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD and difficulty with focus, substance use concerns, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns.

Together, we can work toward greater clarity, emotional awareness, confidence, healthier coping skills, and a stronger sense of internal peace.

How I Can Help

Therapy with me begins with getting to know you—not just your challenges. I want to understand your interests, experiences, strengths, goals, and what is important to you.

We may explore emotional patterns, core beliefs, barriers to reaching your goals, and the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and physical responses. I can also provide education and practical tools to help you recognize emotions, regulate distress, communicate more effectively, and develop healthier ways of coping.

For clients who enjoy creative approaches, I also incorporate expressive arts as another way to explore emotions and communicate experiences that may be difficult to put into words.

My Therapeutic Approach

I draw from several therapeutic approaches and adapt our work based on your individual needs and interests. These include Client-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Existential Theory, and Jungian Therapy.

My goal is always to meet you where you are while helping you continue to grow, better understand yourself, and feel more confident in your ability to navigate life.
