About Me

With years of experience in behavioral health and counseling, I provide compassionate, person-centered support to adults and families navigating life’s challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood.

I have experience supporting individuals dealing with substance use, as well as family members and loved ones affected by someone else’s substance use. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and loss, relationship and family concerns, and significant life transitions. Additionally, I have experience supporting individuals and families through end-of-life decision-making and complicated family dynamics.

Who I Work With

I enjoy working with adults and families who are ready for support, change, or simply a safe place to process what they are experiencing. You may be struggling with substance use, trying to cope with a loved one’s addiction, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or adjusting to a difficult change in your life.

Together, we can identify your strengths, develop healthier coping strategies, establish meaningful goals, and create realistic steps toward the changes you want to make.

My Approach

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative. I meet clients where they are without judgment and work alongside them to help them feel more confident and supported as they move toward their goals.

My therapeutic approaches include Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
