She has worked extensively in outpatient care and private practice, supporting individuals in improving digestion, sleep quality, menstrual health, energy levels, and emotional resilience. Neha holds a Master of Social Work and certifications in Yoga and Ayurvedic Lifestyle Medicine. Her work weaves together evidence-based mental health practices with holistic, body-centered therapies. Depending on each client’s unique needs, sessions may include nutritional guidance, yoga and movement therapy, breathing practices, herbal and spice remedies, massage therapies, mindfulness techniques, and gentle meditation.
